brand doesnt matter much, its all in the bulb.

Using UV's is a great idea. makes for a better piece of mind.

"Aqua UV" is hands down the best stuff out there. My tanks are crystal clear and free from ich and other parasites for better than 5 years now. Worth the investment!

they say yearly but imo if it works it works..........
