Hi all just thought I would share something of interest to you all.Over the last Month I had noticed my beautiful red belly pacu swimming irregularly I did all the test and then some only to find all the water parameters were perfect.
I then thought to myself maybe there is something wrong with my UV Light, I had a friend come around who is an electrician, He put his electrode metering device in the tank to find a rather strong current, I then turned off the UV light to find the current had gone. In hind site I was giving my poor fish electro therapy
which he did not approve off, It would appear that on changing the UV globe I twisted the cable witch caused a small leak of electricity due to poor connection, So be warned unscrew the base of the UV not the cap that holds the cable 
You will glad to know he is now swimming around just like a happy Pacu should be, Just thought I'd share my
experience.
