I want to order a UV for my tank can anyone recomend one? I have a 270 gal freshwater with 2" pipe running from my sump to the pump (thats the line i want to cut into).

UV works best with proper flow rate. what is the flow rate of the pump? once you find that out, you know how many watt UV you need.
The UV should go on the pressure side of the pump rather than the suction side. Also for flow rates, slower is better because some pathogens/organisms need a lot of contact time.
