(1) 15-watt Aqua UV sterilizer with wiper, 3/4" inlet and outlet. Bulb was replaced in July, and was used for only 4 months. Used as a sterilizer, the 15 Watt UV is the premium choice for 200-500 gallons of fresh water or up to 75 gallons of salt water. Used as a clarifier, 15 Watt can treat up to 2000 gallons of fresh water that has 50% to 75% plant coverage. $140.00. Here's the specs.

How do you hook these up to the tank? Just an inlet and outlet hose, or do you need a pump as well?

You can connect in-line with your canister filter, or if you have a wet/dry, you can connect it to your return water line. You can also use a power head to run water through it, and back to your tank, if you use HOB filter
