So I bought a coralife turbo twist 12x and some 1" tubing from Lowes. Last night I attached the plastic tubing to the stop valve on the fx5 and tightened the O-Ring around it, no problems or leaks there. I then attached the other side of the tubing to the turbo twist intake and tightened it to the best of my ability with the plastic nut that came with it. On the output of the turbo twist I reused the Fx5 tubing, but was unable to tighten that at all with the nut. So of course when i started the fx5 up, the turbo twist was leaking heavily in the intake and output areas and i ended up flooding the house.
My question is, is there an O-ring or something similar that I can pick up at Lowes or Home Depot to secure/tighten the tubing on the intake and output?
