I have a Jack Dempsey in quarantine atm in a 29 gallon with what I believe are gill flukes. It's only moving one of its gill plates and holding the other still. Occasional flash, so I went out and got some general cure. Put 3 packets in and was wondering if it's safe to turn the UV on to help out the treatment. I tried googling around and found that no one has asked this question. This leads me to believe that it's safe. Am I the only one who's left out of the loop and worrying for nothing?
