I just recently got a UV Sterilizer for my p0nd (2,000gallon) and the LFS Said i hook it up to my pump then to my pump to my filter? Its a Jebo something ill check when i get home (I knew it was pretty pricy though) question is can i just fully sumberge it? its just a heck alot easyer and do i have it on all the time or do i turn it off at night?

I doubt you can fully submerge it. You should always plumb the UV into where it will get the cleanest water aka after the filter. Otherwise particulate matter in the water will greatly reduce its effect.
