UV sterilizer

hi i am wondering if it be fine if i use a turbo twist 6x on a 300 gallon tank...i heard for freshwater...the wattage doesn't really matter right?

The wattage does matter. Turbo Twist 6x is rated up to 250-gal tank, so using it on a 300-gal tank is a little bit pushing, but doable It may do fine with clarify job, but not so well with sterilize job
