UV Sterilizers Good or Bad?

I dont really know if UV Sterilizers are reccomended or not. Opinions please!

Some people who had problems with green water swear by them, and a lot of reef keepers use them. Don't hear or read a lot of negative things about UV sterilizer's.

Me myself love UV lights U really go tell the change in wster Don't know how it helps but I can see the difference from no uv

I just got one last month. I don't have green water or major algae problem but my water would get cloudy from all the waste my cichla were producing. Seems like the UV Sterilizer does help with that. My tank has been crystal clear for a few weeks now.

Umm... UV sterilizers are ok with all type of fish. Or are there any fish that react to it in a negative way?
