uva tanning lights on your bass tank?

Iv bean looking at those arowana underwater uva colour tubes for my bass!

you think these will make the colours on your bass better like they do arowanas!

try using colours such as red / white / blue lights the colours come out nicely but haven't tried long enough to "tan" the fish,

I dont really agree with this...If your to do so give it natural light from a window. I believe that uv light is bad for their eyes. Do humans use tanning beds without those stupid goggles? NO. Your fish cant wear them either. If your water is clean and the fish are happy they will display excellent colors.
