vacation food?

i will be going on vacation for a week and three days how long can my needle nose and yellow tail cuda go with out eating will a vacation food block help feed them since i have to get one any way for my silver dollars and jurapari cichlid

I would just heavily feed them up to the day that you leave and they should fine.This is what I am going to do but I will be gone for two weeks.I will do a water change before heading out and make sure the water levels are as high as can be to make up for evaporation.

You could try a auto feeder. I would think they would be fine though if u feed them up till u leave. They don't eat every day in the wild

i already left but i will be back friday or saturday will they make it until then if not i will have someone feed them

If u can have someone feed them without it being much hassle might as well. Ul sleep better at night. If not I would still think they would be fine

I'd have went to petsmart and bought a bunch of mollies at a buck a piece - 1 mollie per alone could last them a week in nutrition.

the predatory fish are fine i was asking about the non predators

I went on a one week vacation last week and just fed my fish as I regularly do up until the last day before I left(didn't leave any kind of vacation block or extra food), and all of my fish were still fine when I got back yesterday morning, so I think your fish will probably be fine as well.
