Saw some real jumbo size Apurensis cats living together. They all had to be more than 24 inches for sure.
I had two of these back in the mid 80's. Never this size 18 inches max (my own) and later had two Cephalosilurus nigricaudus that were about hovering around 16 inches. Out of the two species in my opinion the Nigricaudus had a nasty attitude.
