Im nominating Vancouver_98683 Vancouver_98683 as a notable academic not only for the infomative threads he either creates or contributes to in passing on his vast knowledge of polypterus to other members of the poly subforum but also for demonstrating the "right way" to do it. Its easy for us to take notice of these vast collections of polys in overstocked tanks but not with vancouver he cares for his fish and is an example to others of how to provide such a high level of care.

Below are some examples of his contributions

Sounds like you're describing yourself too man. You're the example in the poly forums as far as I'm concerned J jaws7777

I totally agree though, I've spent enough time on the poly forums, he's very knowledgeable

For sure! Glad to see the awards nomination forum getting some attention. There are a lot of high level fish keepers lending their knowledge and experience for free here on MFK. A little recognition is deserved. It's a great way to thanks for the advice and input, and to say thanks for making this the great hobby that it is.
