Vandals dump soap in fish pond; kill five Koi

There are certain crimes for which the legal system does not have appropriate punishments for. Animal abuse/cruelty is one of them.
LOL I don't think I could get a permit to carry one of those, and if I could, I wouldn't be able to afford one, or the rounds to feed it for that matter...
my little brother did that once! when he was around ten
he had soup to blow bubbles with (like the kind in the little tubes )
and he spilled it all in the pond, quiete alot too cause he hit the tub full of soap that he puts into the little one in too,
well my dad has some 18year+ expensive koi. probably over 50 of them. one is nearly 3' long=P but anyway after some extensive waterchanges my dad didnt loose a single fish. so i guess the story isnt always a tragedy
