Anyone in here want to do a little bit of fish rescue?
If anyone here has the room and is up for the challenge I'll have a few fish im saving from someone who are getting their tank torn down that desperately need some TLC, that i have nowhere to put who probably will all die if they're just thrown back to the stores.
List is: A pakistan butterfly fish covered in ich
An (orbiculate?) batfish with minor torn fins and minor ich
A skinny foxface with unidentified green spots
A lionfish with a decent sized sore on its mouth.
I'll keep you guys updated on me actually getting them, but I'm 99.9% sure I'm ending up with them. They'll be free as long as whoever is up for actually trying to fix them up and keep them or find them homes/etc. Just keep in mind the special needs of the batfish and butterfly, and have a hospital tank or something because these guys need something.
Priority on the batfish goes to whoever has the biggest tank, as he is the healthiest out of them all, but just needs a huge setup to grow into.
The small cell pictures I have of them makes them look way better than they really are. They all seem pretty savable as long as they can get medicated by someone. I'd do it myself but my only marine setup is just a group of morays.
Pickup in fountain valley, california and I would need them picked up like 1ish (later is okay i suppose) on thursday.
