Veggies for snappers ?

Just woundering what kind of veggies everyone feeds there snapping turtles mines pretty picky about veggies and i was looking for ideas on what to feed him

For starters i've tried lettuce, carrots and some fruit apples and grapes

I ask because i've all ways heard snappers need some kind of plant matter in there diet

Mine love different greens and you could also try aquatic plants like anacharis and hornwort both easy to grow.

Good veggies for them include stuff like dark leafys such as mustard and turnip greens Just let them float in the tank. Also you can feed your snapper herbivor fish diet such as food ment for plecos and rift ciclids wich normaly is readly taken

All my snappers would eat water lettuce.
