whats the average size in adulthood for one of these bad boys.Ive been feeding mine cichlid gold and earthworms.i notice they ahve small mouths soi crumble up the pellets.

looks like a synspilum but at the same time it looks dif. i dont know there growth rate i got mine at about 8 inches. but... what a kick ass fish!!!! i love mine! it is currently paired up with a 4-5 inch midas.
I dont have any yet but from what I have seen they generally run from 12 to 16 inches at maturity. I have no idea how fast they grow.
