Nice. Upon adulthood you will NEVER see a Vieja under 12" I mean never. They are all Monsters. I say the Average length for a Vieja would be an easy attainable 15".

I almost certain it is a young hartwegi. I bred them once and raised one of the fry's to 8" before I gave it away.

thanks guys,i havent even had him for a week yet.He was a birthday present.i love this fish.he is in a 55 vy himself.he was in with a pike until things were getting ugly so i seperated them.
