Ven pics AFTER I put SD's in his tank

I have had my Ven for about two years now, got him when he was about 3 inches and now he is every bit of 14 inches now.....great fish geta along with his tankmates, a male hystrix ray, a female festae, an Oscar, and a Chocolate Cichlid. I needed to move some SD's last month, and when I added them, he went berzerk!!....He went from his usual drab grey/brown to an intense array of black stripes that I have never seen before....I took some blurry pics, but wanted to share them.......

I'd say he doesn't like the new fish at all. Thats generally a stress or aggression coloration. Weird. Perhaps the SDs are too active and its annoying it?

I'm sure eventually it will let you know how much it likes the SDs.

He eats anything, main diet is frozen krill, MS, and nightcrawlers he steals from the hystrix. He is a fat pig!
