Venting Dovii question.

Hello. Does anyone have a link or pics of a male vs. femal vent? I would like to vent my dovii to once and for all figure out if its a male or not.. I cant really find actual pics anywhere of a male/female comparison. Thanks for the help!

Male both anus and vent will look fairly the same in size. A females will look much bigger. How big is the dovii? If you got another dovii compare it.

Dovii aren't too hard to sex based on physical appearance if they're big enough.

Hey Tim,
There is a post here in page 2 , " Male or Female Dovii" by Fishguru23.
he has pictures of the fish and the vent , which could help you identify the sex.
I agree with the above post , physically you can determine male or female as long as they are 4" plus..
Also can you please provide pics of ur Dovii too
