Venustus common name?

I bought myself a little Nimbochromis Venustus today, what are their common name? Just Venustus?

Another Q: will it be fine to keep venustus and other large africans with polys?

I have seen them labeled as 'Giraffe Cichlids' buy everyone I have talked to has just called them Venustus.
