Came home from work today to find my Blackbelt female dead and my Salvini female not far of dead......
Blackbelt cause of death is a puzzler.....firstly she was way overweight, always felt she was genetically compromised as well she had a very rotund shape almost spherical and the tinyest mouth I've ever seen even for a Veija so always looked like she was short of breath/brething heavy even though there is plenty of flow in the 255gal she was in.....she will be sorely missed.....
My little Sal(she was 6") was definitely beaten up by someone which really surprises me as she could normally hold her own with all the other bruisers in the tank...bless her she is still clinging on in the hospital tank but I don't think she'll pull through...
This hobby really SUCKS sometimes.....had both of these fish for nearly 5 years.......
