I only put in the fish today, I put in the plants yesterday though. It's a very murky white, I know this can be caused by new tank syndrome but I only put the fish in today. Should I just do a water change daily to get it so it's clear, or twice a day, or what?

Did you cycle the tank before you added your fish?

Unfortunately I don't do a no-fish cycle, I use stabilizer to help out with my cycling.

when did you set-up the tank? using stabilizer on an uncycled tank doesn't do jack. i would do massive water changes, and if you have nowhere to put your suffering fish and plants, and don't want to take them back, invest in some bacteria in a bottle stuff (although not sure if it's legit) and hope for the best

Do water changes every couple of days and use Prime as a dechlorinator since it also detoxifies Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate.

Get a test kit also to keep tabs on your parameters. Dont let the Nitrites stay over 1 ppm
