MY LITTLE WORLD

I have a fly river turtle that is routinely "grazed" upon by my two Anastymus trismackulatus. The turtle would often laid on the sand and just enjoy being "picked up" by the two fishes. Sometimes in order to reach the underside, the turtle would raise itself on all fours and let the trismackulatus go under the turtle.

Neither the turtle nor the fish are afraid of each other.

This actually saves me the trouble (and stress for the turle) of cleaning the shell of the turtle myself, which involves taking the turtle out and scrubbing it, which may actually cause abrasion to the turtle's shell.

Just thought I'd share, and I highly recomend fly river turtle keepers to have a "cleaning crew" with their turtle.
