Lots of starter mistakes...purchased from a Petland Discounts store. Although the stunting damage is irreversible(eyeballed 7"), but he/she been happily living in a 55g for ~3/4 a year. Anyways, I had to move it today and don't want to leave it in a small tank for life. Free to a good home.

I'd take that fish yesterday if I was close to you.
For the record the stunting is not irreversible. 16 mo ago I took in a 3 yr old Oscar who was 6" and looked pretty bad. He's up to 11" now and thick as a brick.
I hope someone will take yours and take care of him.
