my tank has been cloudy for a couple of weeks now ...
im thinkin over stock may be a problem i dont know... i had my water checked today all my params are fine..... it used to be my gts would breed and the water would cloud up the currently have no fry and no eggs.....
in my 90 gl i have 2 gts 5-6inches
a pbass 7-8 inches
oscar 6 inches or so
and 2 plecos one 9 inch common pleco
and a 5 inch gibby

my filtration is 2 penguin 350's
ornaments are clay pots, lace rock and drift wood i wieghted down with slate from outside (which i rinsed and boiled) (also maybe the prob) im goin to trade in the oscar the bass and possibly a pleco(the larger one)

my tank looks terrible :(

Does the water have a whitish or greenish tint to it?

yeah and i just took some pics .... when i look into the tank you can see its murky but not reg murky its white cloudy murky

You didn't mention how long the tank has been set up and if you recently added any new fish but it sounds like its most likely a bacterial bloom, often caused by over stocking, over feeding, tank not fully cycled and the list goes on..... try cutting back on feeding a bit till it clears up and if possible increase the flow/aeration to keep the water moving well and some extra water changes. The only easy way to clear it up is with a micron filter like a diatom filter.

would definitely up the filtration. on my 90 i run 2 ac110's, an xp3, and 2 big sponge filters...

the filtration a problem one of those penguins is for 70 gal tank i mean it was under filtered but i got another one so im runnin the 2 700 gph

tank has been set up for a month and a half no new fish had some eggs and fry but since then ive change the water 2x 25% and 25 % and that wa the past 2 weeks

Looks like mine once in a while....I think it is going through the process of what they call a "Mini Cycle".....usually adding a lot of aeration and water movement helps...

Definitely looks like a bacterial bloom!
