VERY VERY SICK JARDINI

I was given a Jardini Saratoga which is about to die.
Could someone tell me what disease this may be.
The symptons are
big bubble growths on its head
bloated
very fast breathing
I know these symptoms are broad but the bubbles on head may give it away.
I will try to attach a picture. Any suggestions on what to do.
I have added salt and raised the temp.

OMG!! u are not kidding it does look seriously sick... look like some sort of infection.. hope it get well soon...

I feel sorry for it the bubbles on its head are getting larger and more of them within hours. It in a real bad way.

i've seen it before just like my friend's jard ... add some anti external bacteria , raise the temp to 31-32 deg C and cross your finger ... hope it recover soon
