gets on fine, especially with my ornatipinnus (as you can see from the pic!) but the only thing that it seems to argue a bit with is my large bocourti (2nd pic) who's the daddy of the tank. I've got small 5" rainbow cichlids, convict, salvini, sajica cichlids and he gets on absolutely fine with them and all my polypterus are always swimming all around him but he doesn't get annoyed at all.

nice, got vid of the bocourti? how big is the Bo? askin cause I just got one thats about 4".

my bocourti is a good 11-12" and very thick set. he was white at 3", green at 5" then turned more and more golden as he got bigger. he'll go from 4" to 9" in only about 3 months if he's in a decent size tank. i've seen them in small tanks and have really stunted growth. one of the bocourti he was in with is still in the shop and only about 5". easily my favourite cichlid. not aggressive but nobody messes with it!
