Shrimp make up a considerable portion of many puffer's diets. If the piece is not yet broken it will soon.

Dwarf puffers can sometimes live with shrimps, i've done it in the past and so have others... although mine after a year or so did discover they could eat them and then it was game over...

But i definitely agree, for the most part, Puffers (especially larger ones) eat shrimp as part of their natural diet...

The dwarf puffer in the clips is not full grown, it's still a juvenile. An adult dwarf puffer would easily pick out the shrimp as food.
