I had to go to the LFS today to pick up some filters for an unrelated tank, and I noticed a tank full of feeder fish. "Well", thought I, "there's something I haven't tried yet." I wasn't thrilled about it, but I bought two large minnows, took them home, and figured I'd find out whether or not she really is sick. Wow! Just like "Shark Week" on the Discovery channel! Fish 1 lasted maybe 10 seconds. Fish 2 was scared, hiding and trembling behind a rock, and I felt bad, but Darwin had to reign this day. After digesting Fish 1, Annie came out on the prowl, spotted her prey, and it was game on. No contest. So now the problem would be, now that I know she's not truly sick, how do I get her to eat her regular food? I can't be giving her feeder fish, not with all the negative things I've read about them, so what's the trick? Any suggestions would be more than welcome...
