I have a 6 inch Hartwegi and a 4 inch Argentae. Any help on the gender would be appreciated. Thanks.

At 4" it is a bit early to determine argentea, but as a guess, it looks female to me. Males have a steeper profile and tend to develop longer more pointed fins.

I'm leaning towards female on the 'hartwegi'. It's a young fish so difficult to tell for sure. I'll show you my full grown pair (female above), which might help. Notice the female shows much more yellow/orange/red highlights.
