IRELAND!!!!
I was thinking of getting some from Rapps. I just wanted to know If a 72 bowfront would be enough room for 1 pair? Has anyone here kept them and if so have you had success breeding them? Before I get them though I have to get rid of 2 pair of con's. Would anyone in the western North Carolina (asheville) or close by area (75 miles) like to have them free of charge? I will meet you If you want them. I will post pics of the pairs if you are interested. Just PM me.

I think a 72g would be perfect for a pair as long as that's all you keep in there :). I have a young pair in my 220g. They are pretty calm as far as viega's go. Mine pretty much never chase anything. Although I'm sure they can get pretty mean if spawning. They also are small for viega and max out at around 9 inches. I see no reason why it wouldn't work.

Yeah that is all I would have in there. Also I do a 50% water change on all my tanks every saturday, so I will be keeping it pretty clean.

they will go good only if they are the only cichlids in your 72 gallon tank. they max out close to 6-7" and very rare. they are very easy to take care of. Have fun

They are great fish to keep I have one in my community tank and he does just fine in there good luck breeding them show us pics of the breeding colors
