It's getting to be pretty hard to accurately I.D the Vieja family. With the mixed breeding that has been happening it's really a crap shot, especially at the size your fish are at.
If I were to guess I'd say your looking at synspilum. The top picture looks to have two different sp. though. The one on the right looks like synspilum and the one on the left looks to be the markings of a stressed out fenestratus.
Update in a month or so and we can better "guess" the I.D

I'm sorry I just re-read your post. Did you only pick up one new fish or a couple. The one in the pictures the most looks to be a synspilum. Still to small to sex, unless you want to vent them.
