I picked up that wild blackbelt that Jeff had. It seems to have these weird pimples in a few spots tho..... What the heck are they? I want them to go away.

Sounds like some sort of parasites. Try upping the temperature and add a bit of salt? Correct me if im wrong but in my oppinion it would work.

I know when i go fishing some fish will have bumps(pimples) and such. Not very common but a few will have it.

Jeff who? sounds like it could be lymph...I think the full term is lymphocystis

Jeff Rapps, and if its Lymphocystis, how do i fix it?

Lymphocyctis is caused by an iridovirus and considered self limiting and a very common disease of fish..
"If" your fish has it, it should be isolated from others for approx 6 weeks, until the disease runs it's course. Any environmental stressors should be removed.
Because it is a virus, just like our common cold, any medication would be of little use, and may even be detrimental.
But you would need a microscopic examination to be sure.
I would just isolate it, and wait.

I'm not sure what they are, but i purchased a wild BB a year or so ago that had those. I purchased Levamisole powder and added it to my tank, within a couple days white things about the size of pencil lead began to emerge. a couple days after that they were gone and it healed up fine. Levamisole is used as a pig wormer but is in some of the parasite medications available. Google it.
