Vieja stopped accepting pellets

I have this solo fenestratus in a 75g ,I got a batch of 4 a month or two ago (at 1-3") all of it's siblings are 6-7" (sold them) but this one stuck at 4-5" it just stopped taking pellets all of a sudden and it survives on algae now. It's not too thin but it just ignores every pellet I try (algae wafers,cichlid gold,bio gold). It has been about a month now since it stopped.
How do I get it back onto pellets?

I find as Vieja age they get more and more vegetarian, and may require leafy foods.
My fenestrata tore into romaine lettuce, but would also eat thawed peas squeezed of the shell. Or...
This may just be the most subordinate one of the bunch and being treated as such.
I found fenestra very aggressive the older they get, and even though I started with 6 or 8, usually ended up with only a pair.
