Vieja synspila breeding help?

We have a male, and a female, in a 55 with probably 20 small goldfish, one large goldfish, and we have seen no prgress, any help?

Get the goldfish out...and turn up the heat a lil. Maybe try adding some peat to the filter to soften the water a bit. You might even try a bare bottom tank with some java fern and lower the light.
