vieja synspila jaw problem

I bought a vieja synspila yesterday from my lfs and I couldnt pass up the colors on it. The problem is the jaw is crooked. I was wondering if it will get better over time or if I could help it get better in anyway. Its about 6 or 7 inches. It is eating pellets, but is a little stressed out cause of the move.

if is due to fight. it should be able to recover as I encountered such problem before.

yep like i said. couldnt pass up the colors. I cant wait till the hikari starts working... My only worry is the jack he is in there with. So far nothing serious has happened (no tattered fins) my only worry is that one day they will lip lock and something horrible will happen.

Cant provide any advice on the jaw, but I think the black gravel is washing out his colors pretty well. Switching to a neutral-colored sand would definitely help with that.
