Aggression is starting to rise amongst these two with the Jack taking charge and was wondering about everyones thoughts on this. I pretty much raised these two up together with the jack being a little older but the vieja has passed him up in size the jack being around 5 to 6 in. and the vieja being around 7 to 8 in. The jack has established his territory but in the beginning I thought the vieja was going to rule the tank but now seems as if the jack will not stop chasing and nipping at the vieja constantly with my super red severum appearing to try to break it up from time to time.I am wondering what to expect out of all of this, will this continue or eventualy stop ?

Probally...with my jacks when they fight others i always keep an eye out on them if it doesnt stop within a week then might wanna try to get a seperate tank for the dempsey or maybe the vieja will show the jack who is boss.. and put the jack in place. But for now look out for it.
Depends on tank size.. but based on my own experience I don't think it will stop in your current setup.
