I have had both of these fish for over 2 years and I always thought the syn was a female it never showed any interest in spawning. Well one day while moving fish around I put my female prq and the syn in a 75 for a sec just to see what would happen and they got along which was weird for my prq because she is a bad b!tch. Anyways the Syn turns out to be male and these two spawned 6/8/13 and the eggs hatched 6/10/13 He fertilized about half the eggs which isnt bad for his 1st time I will update as the fry get older. :D

I know the possibilities are endless with these 2 but I hope I get some red monkey, super red syn and some cool shortbody

Great combination! The Rose Queen has nice red that will enhance the redness of the syns heritage, and the syns has mellow personality that will enhance the demeanor of Rose Queen heritage. What exactly is the lineage of Rose Queen? Is it a Midas?
 
I want some babies too but I am too far away. It's amazing that the female Rose Queen has bigger hump than the male Syns.
