Wanted some advice, got a group of argentea and zonatus in with some Midas and most of the argentea and zonatus have lympho, should I just euthanize the infected or is it worth putting them in a quarantine. What are chances they will get cured and it not return

I've had breidhori that recovered totally after coming down with it, soon after being shipped. Lots of water changes, low stress (meaning non aggressive tank mates) can do the trick.
Lympho is viral and ubiquitous, as common as the cold in humans, and usually self limiting, so treatment with chemicals or drugs is useless, and can add to stress.

Exactly what was suggested. I had an Umbee and a couple Ornatum with it and they are all doing well now. Daily water water changes worked wonders. It looked like it was getting worse, and then it was like the big clump just fell off, and the areas that were affected just had to heal.
