Do you not think this is Hemibagrus nemurus, which is often an albino (albeit this one may not be) and is commonly farmed for food in (SE) Asia?

We get culls here in the US marketed as albino Asian red tail catfish (sadly a wrong label).

In any case, it is a Bagrid, like a Mystus or Hemibagrus.

Initially I thought so yes but the head looked too narrow and the eyes too set in the head. Then if you look closely just above the pectoral fin you can see the fin spine outside the body. Take a look at the albino Tachysurus on PCF and you can see the same. Nose to shoulders looks too steep for nemurus.
More photos would help.
Note also that Tachysurus Fluvidraco is a colder water cat from China and Korea and a huge foodfish over there which again fits the bill.
Although, albino form throws it a bit as only ever seen the pic on PCF to confirm they are breeding them that way. Would have expected to see more in states and Europe admittedly.

Thanks guys. I think you were right with Tachysurus Fulvidraco. I'll keep an eye out for more. Today I got a spiny eel and a few more freshwater gobies.
