I am pretty sure that this is a VINCTIFER but not sure of the species, any ideas?

vinctifer is the species.This fish was a member of the ASPIDORHYNCHID family,a highly specialized extinct group that lived from the Middle Jurassic Period 160 million years ago to the end of the Cretaceous Period 65 million years ago
