Hey, could any one tell me what some normal fish found in ponds in virginia are, just wondering. A list of common species is what I'm looking looking for.

If its legal breeding a pair of Roanoke bass would be really cool, our Ozark bass down here have alot of personality.

Troubleshootn thats an excellent link. Rainbowfishpc in Mo. we have Pfliegers book on "fishes of Missouri", Im sure if you check one of your local public libraries you will find a similar type book that will describe the hundreds of fishes Virginia has, and will probably tell whether theyre common or not and their range and habitat.

I think I heard those lived more north
