We had a bit of time away recently and managed to visit Australia Zoo in the process. We also visited Underwater World. Pics of that can be seen HERE for anyone interested.
The weather wasn't the best but we made the most of it. I have quite a few pics from this trip but without going too overboard, I'll just post some of my favourites.;)

I also managed a few seascapes while we were up that way. Next time I'd like to get some sunrises. To many late nights this trip. ;)

Thanks. They still have the Elephant feeding. My better half did that. She really enjoyed the sloppy hands..lol. The zoo itself seems to get better every time I go. They always seem to be expanding or making exhibits better.
 
Good to hear! I remember when Steve does there was stuff in the news about financial/management difficulties but hopefully they've sorted it all out! It's one place that I hope becomes a real Australian landmark.
