Sooo....since I don't have chickens to spoil anymore I've turned to spoiling the fish and have ordered Ken's premium cichlid pellet food, omnivore dehydrated food, and growth crumble for them. We have a 240 gal tank with young monster fish, 55 gal growing out some sevs/a jag/a mystery cichlid., 75 gal with yellow lab fry, and a couple of other smaller tanks holding green texas fry and convict fry. The 240 and 55 tanks get shrimp on occasion.
Given the ingredients in Ken's premium fish food and seeing a recent post about vitachem....do you think adding Ken's vitamin booster flakes would be as good as adding vitachem to their food? Do you think I should go the extra mile and add vitachem to their food (couple times a week from what I'm reading)? Or do you think the current staple is meeting their vitamin needs?
