Has anyone looked into excess vitamin build up in aquarium water.
I'm assuming most of the artificial vitamins in fish food is excreted as waste.
Like people taking vitamins usually just end up with really expensive pee.
Water changes would remove it along with the nitrate build up so most wouldn't get to the point of being a problem.
I often wonder if this is more harmful than actual nitrate. Most fish food has large amounts of vitamin a and e witch can be quite toxic at higher levels.
Anyone found any reasearch papers or anything related?
