Voldemort Defense Kit

Background story: A group of my friends are setting up a Christmas Party for the Holidays and we're doing a joke White Elephant Gift Exchange. So I'm trying to think of something funny to bring as a gift, and I want to do a "Voldemort Defense Kit" because one of my buddies, whenever he gets drunk, acts like a complete scumbag, which is why we refer to him as Voldemort. So I want some ideas on things to put in the defense kit.

Now a couple things to keep in mind:
1.) I'm a poor college kid, so I can't spend very much on the items.
2.) I want this to both appeal to dealing with a drunk guy and the dark lord himself. So like a wand and a bottle of water or something.

Any ideas would be great!

yes. also, you may be able to cause a small acid base reaction by putting baking soda in his beer. im not sure about that though.... would require research.
 
I'm pretty sure the pH of most commercially brewed beers is like 4, but the only reaction you would get from doing this is a precipitate salt... and that's only if you applied heat.
