Can i put a juruense with my vulture cat or will they fight?

If by vulture you mean Calophysus macropterus http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=336

then it depends on sizes. With sub-adults/adults, I'd not risk it. Here is what the "Compatibility" section says from the PCF datasheet:

A true scavenger that is also a vicious predator. Its unique dentition allows it to bite other fishes and remove chunks of flesh. Often attacks the catch of fishermen while they are hooked or netted. This ability has given the name bagre matchete (machete catfish) in Venezuela and Colombia. They are so vicious in their attacks that they sometimes stay attached even when their prey is removed from the water.

Tankmates should be chosen with great care. While it appears this fish mainly attacks wounded fishes, it certainly has the ability to rip any tankmate to shreds should it desire to do so.

Having said that, I've had a pair of Calophysus macropterus, ~8" TL in a community tank of about 40 different cats. They behaved. Needless to say, having known what the PCF datasheet says, I was watching them and their tank mates like a hawk.

Yes I mean calophysus. I've always kept mine with tankmates without any issues. If no one else has had any bad experiences I may just try it and monitor them.

I have never had a problem with mine. it is now about 16" and I have recently introduced a 9" TSN to the tank with no problems so far.

I have heard a story where a guy I knew introduced a 14" lima shovel nose in with a vulture of a similar size and in less than 30 seconds the vulture had removed the stomach cavity of the Lima.

I always keep an eye on mine and it is VERY well fed

I typed vulture in the search - nothing much I can see on the first page of hits on MFK. Maybe their fearsomeness is a bit exaggerated. But if it was me, I'd search much more and more thoroughly.

I think the aggresiveness of C macropterus is very much exaggerated, and the quote above from planet cat is taken from TFH Catfish atlas and was was talking about Ceptopsis.:)
