I want to turn 650 gph ..

1) What size overflow box ?

2) What size pump ?

3) What over all sump (rubbermaid tub) size required.

What size is the tank?

Overflow box size isn't that important, it's the piping, which should be 1 inch.

Pumps vary, just look at a few pumps and find the one that matches the GPH at the right head.

Just get the standard 1x2 (roughly) rubbermade, if that fits your set-up

This is some pretty simple stuff that you should be able to answer yourself with common since and a little research.
 
overflow box needs enough teeth to handle your gph. not sure the formula...

a 1" pvc will only drain 600 gallons an hour. u will need a bigger drain pipe.

a spec sheet on the pump will tell u how many gallons per hour it will push at whatever height your going to pump....

sump size depends on the size tank...
