Just Wondering if anyone in Southern Cali has any AZUL CiCHLA/P Bass for sale.

Preferably 2-3 inches. :naughty:
And doesnt cost a fortune.

Please let me know if you guys find out one for sale.

Now that they are protected in South America, unless you can get someone to smuggle them for you you will have to get tank raised ones. The only one I know in the states that has pairs big enough to breed is DM. From what he says 2" ones run like $200-$300 Each. Not Cheap in my book.

last year 2"-3" = $50

currently 7"-8" = $300-$450

I wish I had a time machine. If I did I would go back and buy 8 last year rather than just 2. My wife is kicking me in the butt now that I sold them for $400 a piece. But last year, she was kicking me in the butt for buying two very plain little fish for $50 each.

Hopefully someone will be successful in breeding these monsters and they will be back on the market at somewhat reasonable prices.
